Wear Appropriate Clothing
What to wear? Please dress modestly: shorts or footless tights and t-shirts. Baggy clothes obscure alignment. Please do not wear baggy clothes, dangling jewelry, perfume, or scents to class. Visible knees and bare feet are essential. Be prepared to work barefoot. Feet should be clean. There is space available to change clothes at the studio.

It's Best Not To Eat Just Before Class
It is best not to eat less than two hours before class begins.

Arrive On Time
Please avoid being late. Classes start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to change clothes and get settled before class starts.

Inclement Weather Class Cancellation Policy
Classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather only if the University of Iowa cancels. Check your radio in the event of bad weather. When the university is not in session, please check the home page on this website.

Refund Policy
No refunds after 5/12/08. A $15 administrative fee plus a $18 single class fee will be deducted from your refund if applicable. (Click here for the refund policy for Yoga for Kids 5-11. Click here for the refund policy for the Yoga for Teens class.)

Missed Classes and Make-ups
If you miss your regular scheduled class you can make up the class you missed by coming to another class (space permitting) of the same or lower level. Make-ups can be done in anticipation of an absence. All make-ups must be completed by the end of the session. No transfer of classes or fees to another session. Your registration check confirms your understanding of and agreement with these school policies.
