Iyengar yoga is precise, systematic, and accessible to all ages and levels of fitness.
INTRO: A brief introduction for those with no previous yoga experience. Not a prerequisite to Level 1.
Level 1: The fundamentals. Standing poses are strongly emphasized. Basic seated, backbends, and twists are studied. Shoulder-stand is introduced. Recommended for students transferring from other methods.
Level 2: For students with a confident shoulder-stand who are ready to progress.
Level 3: For dedicated students who have a clear understanding of how to work with their specific needs and can move at a
faster pace. The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali are studied at this level.
Ageless: Ageless students are strong in spirit but prefer a modified, gentler practice.
Ageless INTRO: New! An introductory class with modifications for those who may have some physical "issues". Class size is limited allowing for ample individual attention.
