Intro:

Classes introduce beginning students to the fundamentals of
posture and breath. Many students repeat this class. Intro 2 is for continuing students who have completed Intro 1.
Ageless:

Level 1:
For students who have taken at least one session of Intro.
The basic standing poses will be refined and beginning inversions
and forward and backward extensions will be introduced.
Level 2:
For the continuing student who can do shoulderstand with confidence.
Familiar poses will be refined. New poses, including inversions
and backbends, will be introduced. Headstand and full arm balance are practiced at this level.
Level 3:
For intermediate students with some personal practice. Must
have a clear understanding of how to work with their specific
needs and can move at a faster pace.
Special:
This
class is designed to be a supportive and safe environment
for those who are stiffer, weaker, older, beginning to exercise
after a period of being less active; suffering from chronic
back pain, neck pain, or other limiting concerns. Students
in this class can enjoy rediscovering how flexibility restores
grace, joy, and dignity to their lives. The
limited enrollment of the Special class allows physical limitations
to be addressed in a personal and caring way. The class will
include poses that relieve fatigue or weakness. As
a precaution, please consider checking with your health professional
before registering for this class.
Private Classes:
Private classes are available for individuals and groups.
