To register:

Email nancy@friendshipyoga.com with your class choice. Specify if online.
- Payment by check, cash or Venmo. Bring payment (check or cash) to your first class or mail check to Friendship Yoga, 2008 Dunlap Ct, Iowa City, IA 52245 along with Registration Form and Waiver.
- Please notify Nancy if you would like to use Venmo. RE Venmo: You must "pay a friend" to avoid fees.
- Your registration
and check confirms your understanding of and agreement with our studio policies.
Absences: If you have a conflict, you are welcome to attend another class of the same or lower level. Recordings will ge sent out to absentees at the end of the week.
Refunds: No refunds after February 1, 2024. A $25 administrative fee, and a $20 per class fee will be deducted from your refund.
Inclement weather: In studio classes will be cancelled if travel is hazardous. A notice will be sent by e-mail at least 2 hours prior to class start time. Online students will meet, and a recording of the class will be made available to anyone who requests it.
Note: Classes start on time, but often go slightly overtime.
Please
arrrive at the studio or sign in online 5-10 minutes early.
Class Descriptions:
Ageless: For those strong in spirit with some physical limitations.
Level 1: Beginners (anyone new to yoga or to Iyengar Yoga), and continuing beginners.
Level 2: Committed students who are serious about learning and progressing in their practice. Inversions are practiced at this level.

for a course.
Wear Appropriate Clothing
What to wear? Please dress modestly: shorts
or footless tights and t-shirts. Baggy clothes obscure alignment.
Please do not wear baggy clothes, dangling jewelry, perfume, or
scents to class. Visible knees and bare feet are essential. Be
prepared to work barefoot. Feet should be clean. There is space
available to change clothes at the studio.
It's Best Not To Eat Just Before Class
It is best not to eat less than two hours
before class begins.
