Class
size is limited and pre-registration is required.
Register early to avoid disappointment. Sorry, no
phone or electronic registrations are accepted. Your
check will reserve your place in a class. NOTE: We
do not confirm enrollment. You can assume you have
received your first choice of a class time if you
don't hear back from us by the first week of the
course.

Refund Policy
INTRO classes,
no refunds after 1/16/12. INTRO classes beginning 2/28/12
and 3/1/12, no refunds after 3/5/12. Ageless - Level 3 classes,
no refunds after 1/27/12. A $25 administrative fee plus an
$18 single class fee will be deducted from your refund if
applicable.
For
Kids classes, no
refunds after 1/21/12. For Kids classes beginning
March 24th, no refunds after 3/31/12. The cost of
a single class ($13) and a $15 administrative fee
will be deducted from your refund. No refunds for
missed classes or transfers to another session.
Inclement
Weather Class Cancellation Policy
Classes will be cancelled due to inclement weather only if the University of
Iowa cancels. Check your radio in the event of bad weather. When the university
is not in session, please check the home page on this website.
Check With Your Health Professional
If you have any health concerns, please speak to Nancy and check with your health
professional before registering for a course.
Wear
Appropriate Clothing
What to wear? Please dress modestly: shorts or footless tights and t-shirts.
Baggy clothes obscure alignment. Please do not wear baggy clothes, dangling jewelry,
perfume, or scents to class. Visible knees and bare feet are essential. Be prepared
to work barefoot. Feet should be clean. There is space available to change clothes
at the studio.
It's
Best Not To Eat Just Before Class
It is best not to eat less than two hours before class begins.
Arrive
On Time
Please avoid being late. Classes start on time. Please arrive a few minutes early
to allow time to change clothes and get settled before class starts.
Missed Classes
and Make-ups
If you miss your regular scheduled class you can make up the class you missed
by coming to another class (space permitting) of the same or lower level. Make-ups
can be done in anticipation of an absence. All make-ups must be completed by
the end of the session. No transfer of classes or fees to another session.
