yoga class fees. Please check with your human resources department,
and Friendship Yoga will be happy to provide you with a receipt.

Your check will reserve your place in a class. NOTE: We do not confirm
enrollment. You can assume you have received your first choice of a class
time if you don't hear back from us by the first week of the course. Click

refunds after week 1 for INTRO classes. No refunds after week 4 for all other classes. A $25 administrative fee plus a $20 single class
fee will be deducted
from your refund if applicable. Your
check confirms your agreement to these policies.
Check With Your Health
Professional If you have any health concerns, please speak
to Nancy and check with your health professional before registering
for a course.
Clothing What to wear? Please dress modestly: shorts
or footless tights and t-shirts. Baggy clothes obscure alignment.
Please do not wear baggy clothes, dangling jewelry, perfume, or
scents to class. Visible knees and bare feet are essential. Be
prepared to work barefoot. Feet should be clean. There is space
available to change clothes at the studio.
Not To Eat Just Before Class It is best not to eat less than two hours
before class begins.
On Time Classes begin on time. Please
arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to change clothes and get settled
before class starts.
Missed Classes and Make-ups
(Ageless and Levels 1-3)
If you miss your regular scheduled class you can
make up the class you missed by coming to another class (space permitting)
of the same or lower level. Make-ups can be done in anticipation of an
absence, but all make-ups must be completed by the end of the session. No
transfer of classes or fees to another session.
