benefits of a yoga retreat, but you can go home to sleep in
your own bed!
Kristin
Chirhart, co-director of the BKS Iyengar Institute of Minneapolis
is one of the most senior certified Iyengar Yoga teachers
in the U.S. and a long time, dedicated student of B.K.S.
Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar, and Praschant Iyengar with whom
she studies on a yearly basis. Classes will be taught in
the classical method as taught by the Iyengars. This workshop
is open to any student who has had at least 16 weeks of
Iyengar Yoga instruction and who is seeking an opportunity
to deepen their understanding and knowledge of yoga. Please
bring a copy of the Light
on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (B.K.S.
Iyengar) to the workshop.

If you are coming from out of town, please contact us
ASAP and we will try to arrange lodging with a local student.
Enrollment
is limited and the workshop will fill, so please don't
procrastinate! Register early. Deadline for early registration
is September 3rd. If you cancel before September 13th,
your fees will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee, only
if someone is available to take your place. Otherwise
no refunds after September 13th. Your
check signifies your understanding of this refund policy.
The
will be scholarship assistance offered by the Maitri Yoga
Education Fund. Priority is given to currently enrolled
Friendship Yoga students. The dealine for applications
