To register for the Yoga Retreat print and complete the form below and send it with your check to Friendship Yoga, 1231 Gilbert Court, Iowa City, IA 52240.

Enrollment is limited and the workshop will fill, so please don't procrastinate! Register early. Deadline for early registration is September 3rd. If you cancel before September 13th, your fees will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee, only if someone is available to take your place. Otherwise no refunds after September 13th. Your check signifies your understanding of this refund policy.
